Daniel Walters (12) of Coerver Coaching Sydney North Shore made the most of our global Coerver network, thriving in a training experience at the Coerver Tsukuba School program in Japan whilst on a recent family holiday.
Coerver Coaching currently operates in 46 countries world-wide, with Coerver Coaching Japan alone boasting over 140 Coerver Coaching Soccer Schools. Coerver players receive exclusive access to the Coerver global network, and receive such opportunities to travel and train not only in Coerver Coaching regional programs, but also at top clubs throughout the world, including Real Madrid and Benfica.
Coerver Coaching Asia Pacific spoke with Daniel Walters (pictured above) and his mother Junko on return from their holiday to discuss their Coerver Coaching journey and their recent trip to Japan:
Coerver Coaching (CC). Can you tell us how you first got involved with Coerver Coaching?
Coerver® Coaching are delighted to be entering the third successful year of our Global Partner Agreement with Portuguese Primeira Liga club, SL Benfica.
The programme sees Coerver® players from around the world, become fully integrated into the club’s academy for up to a month at a time, whereby players gain a complete experience of the SL Benfica academy programme which is widely considered to be one of the best in the world.
The programme also explore opportunities for both organisations to collaborate, to improve the football experience for young players, worldwide.
In 2016, Coerver® Scotland & Portugal Director Gordon Craig and Coerver® Coaching EMEA COO Mike Smith flew to Portugal to sign the agreement with SL Benfica, which has since seen hugely positive benefits (see below image).
January proved to be a HUGE month for the COERVER Coaching Sydney North Shore team.
Coerver Coaching Sydney North Shore delivered two fantastic Holiday Camps back-to-back in West Pymble and Artarmon. Close to 140 young players supercharged their preparations for the 2018 season via 16-hours of programmed Coerver Coaching at both camps. It was the first time ever that Coerver Coaching Sydney North Shore has conducted camps in the lower north shore suburb of Artarmon, and the response was fantastic!

Hi The Coerver Coaching ACT Performance Academy Graduation took place at University of Canberra with over 350 players, parents, carers and family members attending. The night was a celebration of the player’s efforts throughout the 2017-2018 Performance Academy program.
Congratulations to all players who completed this year’s Performance Academy, participating in 5 months of intensive training, game days and testing was an outstanding effort by all involved.
The COERVER® Coaching Performance Academy is a soccer school for serious, dedicated individuals seeking additional professional training in order to improve their technical ability and become more advanced players. Coerver Coaching ACT would like to give a special mention to those players and families who travelled from Cowra and surrounding regions to be a part of this year’s Performance Academy program.
