Congratulations to Emily Robertson who was selected as the Jim Roberts Perpetual Trophy recipient for 2023/24. Named in honour of Jim Roberts, 3 time FIFA Futsal World Cup coach and friend of Coerver Coaching, the Perpetual Trophy has been presented to the Coerver Coaching ACT Performance Academy Player of the Program since 2001. Previous recipients include players who have gone on to represent Australia on the global stage in both the men’s and women’s game.

Upon being presented the trophy, Emily said “I was incredibly surprised and honoured to receive the Jim Roberts Perpetual Trophy. I am so grateful for all the expertise provided by Coerver Coaching to help me become the best footballer I can be. Thank you to the entire Coerver Coaching team for believing in me and continuing to support me through my football journey.”

Emily has travelled around the world with Coerver Coaching and has developed her technical ability to where she is now playing Women’s football at a young age.
